Q - What does NEBO® mean?
A - NEBO® is mentioned in the Bible as the burial site of Moses. There is an excellent view of “The Promised Land” from Mt. NEBO. NEBO is also a mountain in Utah near where NEBO® originated.
Q - Who is Alliance Sports Group®?
A - Alliance Sports Group® is the parent company of NEBO®, True Utility®, iPROTEC™, Bollinger Fitness®, Solaire Trimwear™, WeatherRite® and Quarrow®.
Q - Does NEBO® offer a warranty for its products?
A - Yes, NEBO® stands behind its products with a 1 year limited manufacturer's warranty. Any item that does not perform properly due to a manufacturer defect can be returned for a warranty replacement. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or batteries. Q - What credit cards do you accept?
A - We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
Q - How much do I have to order to get free freight?
A - Retail orders totaling $100 or more automatically receive free freight. Wholesale/Dealer orders exceeding $600 ($300 in Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana and Oklahoma) also automatically qualify for free freight.
Q - Can I get NEBO® products customized with my company's name or logo?
A - Most NEBO® products can be customized. The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces. Lead time is 21 days. Contact your NEBO® sales representative for pricing and for more details. Customers without a NEBO® sales representative can call 800-255-6061 for further inquiries on customization.
Q - How will my order be shipped (UPS, FedEx, USPS?) How many days will it take for me to get my order?
A - We use all methods of shipping. After being processed,* all orders, unless otherwise specified, are shipped standard or ground service which takes approximately 3 - 5 business days. *Please allow 24 hours for orders to be processed.
Q - What is your address for returns? Do you pay the return freight?
A - Alliance Sports Group, 3025 N. Great Southwest Parkway, Grand Prairie, TX 75050. ASG pays return freight when a Return Authorization has been issued by ASG.
Q - How can I get a call tag to return an item?
Q - If an item is out of stock, do you backorder the item or wait and ship the order complete?
A - We ship all products that are in stock within 24 hours of your order being received. We backorder any items that are out of stock. Once out of stock items arrive they will be shipped in the order that they were received. We do not wait to ship the order complete because we cannot guarantee when another item could go out of stock.
Q - What is the benefit of “Becoming a Dealer?”
A - Becoming a Dealer on our website, www.nebotools.com, requires no purchase or obligation. It is a way for our dealers to purchase items by the case pack quantity via wholesale pricing. To “Become a Dealer” simply click on the “Become a Dealer” tab on the top of the page and set up an account.
Q - Can I order less than a case pack?
A - Yes. Items can be purchased at retail price in any quantity on www.nebotools.com. When logged in as a dealer, items can only be purchased in case pack quantity.
Q - Does NEBO® have a MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) Policy?
A - Yes. In order to protect our customer’s business and the NEBO® brand, a MAP Policy has been instituted. This policy states that the advertised price PLUS any shipping charges paid by the buyer must be within 10% of the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price. Q - Why does NEBO® sell everything in counter/box displays?
A - Displays allow the product to be tested by the consumer before purchase, because of that NEBO® products sell much faster when placed on counters, end caps or at the checkout in displays.
Q - Do you carry any product in clamshell packaging?
A - Most NEBO® products are also available in clamshell packaging.
Q - What is the difference between the #5557 REDLINE®, #5581 REDLINE®, #5599 REDLINE® and the #5610 REDLINE®?
A - As mentioned in the question above, some of our products are available in counter/box displays, clamshell displays and bulk. These items, #5557, #5581 & #5599 are the same exact item, just packaged differently. The #5557 REDLINE® comes in a 14 piece acrylic box display (no packaging if purchased individually.) The #5581 REDLINE® is individually packaged in a clamshell. The #5599 REDLINE® is bulk packed (no packaging if purchased individually.) And the #5610 REDLINE® is black instead of grey and is bulk packed (no packaging if purchased individually.)
Q - What is the difference between the #5597 BLUELINE® and the #5602 BLUELINE®?
A - (See above answer.) These two items, #5597 & #5602 are the same exact item, just packaged differently.
Q - Are batteries included in your products?
A - All flashlights, cap-lights, head lamps and multi-tools that require batteries have batteries included. The only items without batteries are #5590 U.S. Army SL-150 Spot Light and #5572 15 LED Lantern.
Q - Are lasers safe and legal?
A - Lasers of all types are regulated by the FDA. All lasers used in NEBO® flashlights meet the required standards and have the appropriate warnings to avoid direct eye contact with any laser.
Q - Are NEBO® products water-resistant?
A - Yes, all of our products are rated as water-resistant.
Q - Does the holster (Item #5089) fit all NEBO® flashlights?
A - The holster is not compatible with flashlights that have a less than 1" diameter. This includes the HIGHBEAM™, CSI EDGE™, CSI EDGE 90™, CSI LUMA50™, Fingertip Flashlight, LUMIÈRE™, The Larry™, and LumaLite™.
